  I haven't seen Sheila in a while, thank goodness. I love the property location but the management is truly crazy. They are unethical and don't provide the services they say they do. I paid around $350 for parking and did not have a spot when I needed it and had to park 30 min away from my apartment and walk.

  Sheila is a slum landlord and very difficult to work with. I have known friends that have lived at spruce pointe and the apartments across from the stritz apartments on welch ave. Forget about getting your security deposit back they will take all of it and claim that your apartment was not clean. After cleaning the apartment for hours we were charged for paper towel fuzz on the mirror and received a third of the deposit back because there was dust on the top of the toilet. Anyone that is thinking of living at one of their properties I would advise to look at 444 welch, the stritz, or even campus town. At all costs avoid Coady Enterprises.
